Pretty bird shot. The bg is unfortunate.

Nice shot, I would crop some of the bottom off though.

This bird has been around my neighborhood lately and the best shot I got of him so far is this one with the distracting background (reflection of building in water). I cropped most of it out but I'll have to keep on trying to get a better shot.
