Congrats!
It's a nice feeling to have a balance that's in the black. Even if it's only by a couple of bucks...

Congrats on the sale and hope you have many more come your way.
I also like your site. Any tips on how to setup a site like yours?

In answer to your question (turnaround time) - as fast as you can. I try to print the print withing 24 hours of order. I then email letting them know it has been printed and is in the shipping process. I then try to ship within 24 hours. I then email with a tracking number.
Selling your prints to others is no different than you purchasing camera equipment. You expect excellent customer service and appreciate fast order processing.
They do too.

And I can do all of this through Exposure Manager (http://www.exposuremanager.com/aff/newtampaconcierge) with minimal effort on my part. They do the emailing. They let me know when I have an order. If the order is a duplicate, they process without my intervention. I can set it up so I never have to intervene to process an image (print ready images) or have total control (display only images). I don't have to process credit cards, email my customer's status, build a complicated site. It's all there.

CONGRATULATIONS!! It is a great feeling ain't it!
As to your turn around time question--AS FAST AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE!
I use photoreflect to host, a lab does my printing, and the customer has their prints in hand usually within 3 days! (My lab is GREAT for this!)
