Your moon is considerably overexposed. You will need to use manual exposure and for a full moon try ISO 100, f/8 and about 1/500 second. Try shutter speeds from 1/250 second up to 1/1000 second. The darker images where the moon is exposed for about Zone 5 will result in the best detail.
