I'm trying to think of some. The Omen featured a photographer, played by David Warner. Stephen King wrote a short story about a photojournalist who photographed a vampire. But nothing else occurs to me. I think La Dulce Vita (title?) featured paparazzi's? I'm not sure about that one.

Ideas anyone? I'm in the mood for a movie or story featuring a photographer.

I just watched War Photographer. It's a documentary film made in 2001 about James Nachtwey, a photojournalist who worked in various wars and assignments in Africa, etc. It's a great film and really makes you think about what they go through and the moral/ethics of photojournalism.

A definite must watch, IMO.

Definitely second you on Full Metal Jacket and The Killing Fields.

But I'm pretty sure Almost Famous is almost entirely about the kid as a writer, and I don't remember much photography at all (except for Penny's Polaroid...)

The Bridges of Madison County is about a National Geographic photographer. The book was much, much better than the movie.
