Thanks! I'll post more of the "good" ones as I am able process them.
Thanks for the reference. I shot with 1/250 hoping to get a little bit more rotor blur than I did. I used DPP to sharpen and adjust and PhotoShop Elements to blur the background a bit and crop. I pretty much just use the TLAB (that looks about right) method when post processing.
I'll be sure to read the thread though. I can use all the help I can get! :cool:

no not in the military. As a kid I always wanted to join, but the big guy upstairs had other plans for me. Currently, I am working as the assistant chief flight instructor for a 2-year state school. I am always on the lookout for bigger and better opportunities though, which right now are few and far between.

I'd still like to see the shadow areas opened up a bit more.
It sux to have such dull skies but you must might have to let them blow out more.
Huey's are really tough to shoot since they have rotors that turn slower than most ceiling fans... ;)
