i had the same training Video (made by same peoplr) for my old D70.
those guys are knobs!!! its so lame, however it does go through all the features of the Camera but its like pulling teeth to watch

There is also a dvd available from Blue Crane Digital called Introduction to the Canon 20D Digital SLR for $29.95, which is fairly good. A little slow paced, but probably very good for a new 20D owner. I got mine at a local high end camera store.(Tempe Camera in Tempe Arizona)

It worth it if you want to see visually what how to use every function and what does what, if your a beginer like me its a valuable tool, but its just so B grade.
Ah you will get a laugh out of it if nothing else
