Managing your Address Book

What kind of system do you use for managing your customers addresses? I have a feeling that a day will come when I want to send things out on a mailing list and I want to be prepared for that day. Oh, I'm talking about street addresses...not email addresses. lol

Quick Books- it will also sync with your computer address book, so you will have e-mails, phone and address available.
