wtb: arca style ballhead and plates(Markins, Kirk, rrs)

Im looking for an arca compatible ballhead, im leaning more towards the markins q3 but will look at others too.

I would also need plates for a 40d with grip, and a 70-200 2.8IS.

This head will be going on a Benro c297
I am in Canada, please tell me what you have! PM prefered
