My son-in-law just bought a Nikon D40X. Don't judge him too harshly he's actually a good kid. just misguided and rebelious. Does anyone know of a good Nikon forum I can direct him to?

The nikon cafe is my favorite one. (nikoncafe.com)
The are extremely helpful there and nice. It's structured very similar to this one.

TMK Nikonians is now a fully paid forum. It used to be that you had limited access w/o a fee.

Tell him that for general photo discussion and sharing, POTN is the only place to be. For gear discussion, I'd take Permie's recommendation.
