Yes I do (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=686001) :D I tried in vain to get a gust of wind but after several failed attempts at blowng the seeds off I gave up, very light-headed :D
So therefore I praise your work. :)

Got a friend to blow on the flower as soon as he heard the shutter release. Set to burst which is about 6fps on my 50D.

100mm, f/8, 1/1250 sec, ISO 400.

Some minor PP using DPP and CS3.
