I've planned on selling this as a print but before I go ahead with it, i'd like 100% honest CC from the pros :)
Thanks :D

Hey Salma,
Ok...first of all, I love it. I'm quite an arty-farty freak so would pay for something like that (except I can do it myself) which means put it up for sale!
Second, for C&C, my first concern was to peer at the sharpness of the droplets, and on my screen, they're bang on!
Next, colours. Bright, clean, works well.
Finally, the composition itself....I'm into curves and they're in there in abundance.
Honestly hun, well done, and if I were you, I'd give myself a pat on the back.
Job done, print and sell!
:D

Well, this is POTN, so it could've been added....but to me, the effect works.
Oh and, you're welcome.
:D
EDIT: just accessed your EXIF (hmm, does that sound rude to you?) and I can't see the aperture you used. Was it around f/11?

This is a striking image, sharp, colorful and most interesting. You might consider toning down the prominent blown highlight to the left of the center flare. I did a quick touch up. Maybe it's an improvement, maybe not -- just something to consider. Either way, it's a beautiful shot that I might even borrow for my desktop. :)

I prefer the original. I don't like the "touch up". Looks too contrasty.
If I was going to do anything , I'd crop it as an 16:9 aspect. Crop the top just below the yellow/green bokeh. That will also give your composition more horizontal flow.

The contrast wasn't changed. Nothing was changed but for the touch up of the highlighted spot on the left. If anything else looks different, it's due to some sort of web upload compression algorithm thingamy, of which I'm not aware.

Must be...your hightlight "touch up" looks good, less distracting from the main flare if that's the effect the op is going for.

Hey S,
Noticed you had some more replies so I peeked in again, and just spotted what looks like sensor crud.
Just might want to clone it out...?

Hhhm, why crop? Wouldn't it look better if the whole images was in it and the drops were showing? The more drops the better?

I like the flare and many people like this image because of the flare, but i'd like to see everyones opinions :)

I know, I had alot of dust on my sensor when I took this photo and on that main large file there are spots everywhere that I have to clone out. Thanks alot for pointing it out on this I thought I got rid of them on here haha.

wow! Superb photo! I agree with the other posters who suggested lightening the secondary flare/highlight on the left and with cropping off part of the top.
<<<sorry--to clarify by "lightening" I guess I should have said "toning down">>

lol the 16:9 aspect ratio will not crop out any of those drops.
Actually it will emphasize the drops and your horizontal composition more because it crops out the dead space on top.
Good luck on selling the print.

i dont really have much C&C, i cant think of ways to improve it, i just wanted to say it looks great, very well done.
awesome color and its really nice and sharp, it can be hard to get drops so sharp like that so you have done well.
i also thought the flare was a little fake when i first glanced but it still does look good. i also noticed the sensor snot when i first looked but that is very easily fixed.
anyway, well done.

Thanks so much, alot of people thought the lens flare was added in photoshop or something but the glitter made the lens flare. I seriously need to get my sensor sorted :o
