Building a forrest - (processing help needed)

I thought this was kinda a neat shot because there are 4 huge cranes working and nothing but forrest. But this shot is really lacking pop. is there anything I can do to make the cranes come out more?

Yes and no, the sky looks better and the top cranes but the lower left crane looks to dark and orangey. I'm guessing you upped saturation 8% and a bit more contrast. See this is why I am asking for help cause doin the adjustments help one part out while messin something else up. Come on let's have a bite from the real PS guru's.

Actually, I used curves, levels and a bit of selective saturation. What is it exactly you are looking for? If you make many more adjustments it will look unnatural I think.

o.k. I got rid of the orange cast in the cranes and lightened them up a bit:

I have no idea how to work curves, I have to give it another try. It lets you do alot better fine tuning right? I donno I think I was just asking for a different shot, I think it's just this photo is a little boring no matter what. These cranes looked so big and dramatic in real life, here they just look like sticks. Thanks for playin with my shots.

here's a very quick edit, primarily using Select/Color Range to isolate the sky, forest and cranes then make seperate adjustments for each: sky is darkened, forest is lightened and the cranes are saturated. while the cranes were selected, i also burned them a little.

i probably overdid the whole thing a bit, but you get the idea.
