Capturing the personality of the subject epitomises the most important facet of great portraiture.

This is a great example of it.

Not only that, it is framed well, has great colours and there so there is nothing really to critique.

Thanks for your comments - I'm only new to DSLR photography, so I am always excited when I am able to capture moments like these which also measure up from a more technical perspective.

Kauicrazed - you mentioned a slight cast of green which I can't see. Do you mean his hair? If you have any suggestions to correct this, I would love to hear them as I am very keen to keep learning.
