Tried looking it up and no luck, but I'm so bad with birds I'd be hard pressed to identify a swan. :D

Where was the photo taken? Having a continent to start with would help... (if in the southern US, it's probably a female boat-tailed grackle).

Sorry, I'm an idiot... yes, southern US, coastal area. I looked up boat tailed grackle and it does indeed look like it. Thanks!
