Hi peeps!

Well Im just after advice on what should I get next....A new lens? or a flash set up?

First off I seem to be really enjoying the outdoors stuff, i have a tendancy to shoot scenery, landscapes etc so should I go for a new lens? Which one? I currently own a 18-55mm, tamron 70-300mm and the canon 50mm 1.8 II

I have a budget of £300-350 gbp.

But wait....... Im also interested in flash gear....I would also like to get in to shooting people, but I aint got a first clue on where to start and what gear to get....any suggestions?

I feel that Im at a crossroads in my photography life and dont know which way to venture next.

All (serious) help gratefully recieved.

Cheers in advance

if you enjoy landscapes, than a flash would be hard to use, esp. if you're covering large areas (mountains, cityscapes, forests etc.), you might want to invest in a good light meter instead. i would recommend glass in this case. as for shooting people, you have the 70-300 mm which would suffice (85mm and 135mm L lens are nice for portrait if you could afford it), and i would recommend the 430EXII or the 580, both are great flashes and roughly are in your budget range.

If you want to shoot landscape, then get a Sigma 10-20 or Canon 10-22, ultra wide is lots of fun outside.

If you want to shoot people, then DEFINATLY get a flash. 430EX is a great start (you can always use it as a slave later if you want a better flash for some reason).
