They're fine. I prefer the lighting and composition in #2. In #1, the background looks a bit too dull, giving a pasted on look, lighting on the petals is also dull and fails to communicate their 3-dimensionality, you need to heal/clone out a couple spots, and the central framing lacks interest. As you're clearly pretty comfortable with this type of shot, you ought to check out some good photography magazines or books and see what people are doing to differentiate themselves from these nice but frankly dime-a-dozen results....
