300D: RAW+Jpeg

Hey,

I installed the firmware hack and I set the C.fn RAW+Jpeg to Small Fine. I want to use the Jpegs as a "preview" because my computer takes a while to load the RAW files to see if I really screwed up or not LOL.

I opened my CF card and there are only the CRWs and the THMs. No Jpegs :(

Now I'm thinking that the Jpeg may be embedded in the CRW. What's a fast 'n easy (automated) way to extract all the Jpegs in one go? I usually shoot a cf card full of RAW and previewing each would be VERY nice.

If the 300D is like the 10D, then the JPEG files are embedded in the CRW files.

Canon's EOS viewer utility (EVU) can be used to extract the JPEGs and save them seperately. You should have EVU on the software CD that came with your camera.
