Did you try some shots with a polarizer? For my tastes, I think the sky could use a boost and the fog too...

You are going to laugh, but I'm saving for a polarizer, actually a few of them to go with my lens lineup. Darn things are expensive! Heck the darn hobby is.

I tried using a pair of sunglasses once. Actually worked, colors were deeper.

Very nice, Dante! I liked #3 the best. By the way, once you finally get a polarizer, you'll wonder how you lived without it.

I wish all my lenses were the same diameter. Would save so much $$$
