On camera, I am guessing here it's a 1/16 that gets the "dragged" look. Would love to know your settings for the corner shots.

Anyway, OP has truely made an otherwise boring corner look amazing!

its jsut cuz you have a really expensive camera and lens!

Danny, you've got this thing so dialed. As always, great set. You really pushed the drag in #3 but I like it. The lead out is just stellar too.

Great captures!

Dana Point GP, nice! I was on the same side of the finish as you (just as a fan) and it was definitely a good finish.

Scott and Chris with your old school MIIn's.....pfft. I am pretty amazed at how these 1 series bodies can grab and keep focus. This course had high hay bails set up on all the corners. Just out of the frame is a hay bail and a corner marshal so I had to pick up the rider very late, pan and shoot guys going by at 35MPH and the keeper rate is pretty high. 125s seems to be the sweet spot with a lot of blur and very high keeper rate.

Yeah Rich it was DPGP. Very impressed with that event but that is what you get when a city gets behind an event.

#6 for me... but they're all solid. Good work Danny Boy.

Just curious: manual focus or auto?

Great 'post-up' of Bahati.

6, 7, and 8 are very strong for me. The others that are panned would be a lot better if they were a little more focused, but good job!

Nice shots! I really like the pans, well done. If I had to pick one, it would be #7, great image! And this reminds me that I need to get my butt back on my bike!
