It's lame nobody has commented yet, but I'm glad to be the first! :) Keep in mind however that I'm no pro.

I'd say it's a cute dog, and the angle is good! It seems noisy or unsharp or both, however, which is distracting. Your exif says 1600 ISO, which is probably responsible for the noise.
