Thanks Suzanne.... I didn't use a flash... there is a big window behind me and gave enough light. I used my Tamron 28-75/2.8 and cranked the aperture almost wide open so natural light was all it took.

This kid is 2 years old and tells us, "I have train on a brain". He is a Thomas addict and even sings "Happy Birthday" to each of the cars.

haha, very cute! I used to love those trainsets when I was a kid. Parents never bought me one though. They were too expensive for my rents to afford at the time. I used to enjoy going to the toy stores and playing with the displays though.
