I believe BMW cars are reffered to as Beemer and the BMW motorcycle as Beamer. Just to clear any confusion. Oh and nice pics guys.

Oh, they make cars too. I was hoping for some R80 GS's or R50's/2 or something cool. Actually I used to have a 1971 2002. No pics though.

Well, if you check a lot of BMW forums, there seem to be heated debates about this matter, and the automobiles are considered "bimmers" and the motorcycles "beemers/beamers"...
This was my understanding, but I could be wrong...
A lot of these are sick shots! And by sick, I mean excellent!

The M coupe has a pretty bad PS job on it around the front wheel and bumper from the looks of it. Everyone has posted some very nice shots though. Very cool. Wish I could contribute something myself, but I don't have any beamer shots. :-(

Thanks for pointing that out RbrtPtikLeoSeny. I had not noticed that it was unfinished. I replaced the offending image with a recent one.

You forgot cutting other drivers up, jumping red lights, not giving way, undertaking, not signalling, generally driving like they own the roads etc etc......
No one got any pics of my 2 other fave beemers aside from the 507, the 635 and 8 series ???

It's all in fun, honest. I get the "Mid-Life crisis" all the time when I am in my Corvette. Just about every car that is the least bit interesting has jokes about the driver.

How's about this one?
It's a 2003 BMW R1150RT...with a 300HP rotary stuffed in the side car. You might
have seen an RT in the rear view as the CHP ride the RT-P version of the motorcycle
(no sidecar).

Yup. It's a wheelie bar!
