How do I view trailcam pics on SD970?

I have a Moultrie 5.0 megapixel trailcam that I took some test pics with so I could view them on my Canon SD970IS but the photos were like thumbnail size with the word JPEG underneath them. Is there a way to view these full size? Thanks.

Not, I'm afraid, on the 970. JPEG actually covers a variety of different file structures; evidently your Moultrie (which model? I can't identify it, so can't find any more specifics) doesn't use the same one that Canon uses for the SD970.
