i am looking to use this for are cheap macro setup. will it be ok ? or is it not going to work

hi

i am using a nikkor "e" 28mm f2.8 reverted on my canon 1000d :-)

i get 1.85:1 magnification with this setup, live view is VERY important at this level of macro because you work at f11-f16 and viewfinder is really dark, and liveview simulate a better illumination

i found flash necessary 99% of the time

awsome shots thanks for the tip about live view, i will be using the same setup, with a 430ex flash
