Our bath isn't in a good way... thought I'd try taking some photos of it... and these are what I ended up with. The first photo looks to me like the bath is crying... and shooting in b&w really seemed to make te whole scene have a 'sad' feel to it.
What do you all think?

I'm sad I looked at these. Sorry dude, this really does not appeal to me, artistically or otherwise. Please, don't show me your toilette.

It's hardly a toilet! And it's clean it's not like there's anything dirty in the picture. I tried to create a 'real' photo... yes maybe something that does shock. OK so it's not to your taste, but it did evoke an emotion in you... and I could be wrong but isn't that what good photography is supposed to do?

I meant to say, don't show me your toilet next.
Don't get me wrong, I agree with your viewpoint. I think one should be able to photograph anything (with a few exceptions). When we look through the lense and take a photograph, we are creating art (or documenting something). And as is with all art, some will like it, some will hate it, and some just don't care.
I just have a thing against drains (I don't even like my own!).
Cheers.

Hehehe :) Yeah I guess it isn't a very nice thing to look at especially around about food eating times
Sorry if I've offended anyone... will keep next posts clean :)

Interesting photos, I looked for a long time and I sort of like them, but I feel drained now.

why not rotate it so that the water flows down? then it would more closely resemble an eye with a tear running down...
