Here is some advice on how to deal with situations like this.

The position of POTN is not to get involved in private transactions, good or bad. We also do not allow the public posting of complaints against other users. This only tends to result in the raising of a lynch mob and public floggings, not to mention a skunk pissing contest.

Based on 35 years in law enforcement this is what I would suggest you do.

First, keep trying to contact the seller. I do hope you established lines of communications outside of the Forum.

You should contact the other buyers and compare notes. You may also wish to contact law enforcement for a possible criminal investigation if warranted. Don't forget possible mail fraud if it goes that far.
