First Attempt - Industrial

Here is my first attempt at an HDR image. It is an attempt to convey industrialisation for my Visual Art assignment - there will be more photos to the series but this is the first. Any critism is much appreciated. Thanks.

Also I am thinking about going back and reshooting the photo at sunrise and getting more of the surrounding in the frame. The sun comes up over the mountains that can bee seen in the background; do you think this will work better?

I would get rid of the powerlines and I would use layers and put the original sky back in as the hdr is doing nothing for the sky

and try to keep the halos from popping up around the building
