Color vs. B/W - feedback please

I tried a B/W conversion on this shot - would like to hear which one do you prefer.

Would also like to hear if vignette works in the B/W version.

imho i like the color one better

I like the colour one better, too. The contrast provided by the different colours in the subject vs the background makes the image "pop" a lot more. This is completely lost in the B&W version.
