07 May Moon rise

Here is a quick snap of the moon rising earlier this week in Plymouth, MN. It was a wonderful evening with temperatures in the 60's. A far cry from the last time I shot the full moon in mid-winter and -10F.

Beautiful shot and exactly how i expected the moon to look ! Had the moon been way darker then it would not have looked as good . Nice and sharp too and the blue sky is color on !

I love this image thanks to the foreground, gives something a little interesting to almost frame the image.
