That's pretty overexposed, especially considering that it's HDR. How many exposures? Can you post them here? How far bracketed apart? Can you post the EXIF for the middle exposure?

You've got two interesting subjects here and they're fighting the scene for attention. If possible, I would re-shoot for the house on the point and the lighthouse as separate subjects. If you wanted both in there, I personally would recompose for a different vantage point.

For this image, I would pic a crop that would isolate the house and put it in a favorable part of the frame.

I agree with it being overexposed, washed all the colors away

Its actually sort of a hybrid.Its a mix of watercolor,and sort of a hard sketch.I put the sketch in first, the added the watercolors a little at a time.Thats why it appears to be washed out.I was just for a little different look.
