have a Cannon A1. I have 3 questions.
1) My daughter lost the rewind cap with handle. I ordered one from Cannon along with a number of other small parts they say I needed. Can anyone point me to a schematic so that I can see the order they are installed? Also, there is some sort of washer that they could not provide, I believe it is part # X980802-300. Is their something else I can substitute for this? Is it important?
2) I have a telephoto lens for this camera that will not mount in the body. Since the protective cap at the base of the lens does not lock on, I think the problem is in the opening that is divided by a small piece of metal. I guess that might be slightly bent as the cap binds against it. Before I try to pry it up a hair, are there any suggestions as to how to do this?
3) When I look in the body, there are some brushes, like eyelashes. Some of these have broken off. Is it possible to replace this part? Is it worth it or just something I can ignore? thank you

I can't tell if the washer is important but you can see the schematic in the following document.

No idea.

I can't find anything resembling a brush. Are you looking through the front of the camera or through the back?
