Excellent shot! I do like some sky-glow in long-exposure images like that, and the dew, (if that's what the grey smudge is...I thought it might have been glow from the moon?), looks good as well...like a soft cloud or something that was hanging in the sky. Only thing I would like to see is a tree or nice building or something, just to frame it a bit, but otherwise, great.
