Ok, trying this again and hopefully the photos will show up. Both taken at:
f2.8/ISO 200/ shutter around 1/125
The lens cap is on a clear glass table, and the two dolls are literally just 1 1/2 or so inches apart.
I'll try to post more at various apertures on another board. ;)

Where are you linking them from..
You may be able to attach them to the post, or use a forum like pbase, or any other free linking server out there.

I actually was using pbase and just got a free trial gallery thingy, but maybe I'm doing it wrong with my markup codes?

Did you do any photoshoping to them ?
Which camera took these ?
Parameter settings?
they are beautifully sharp.

Thanks mr. photoguy! :)
Nope I didn't do a thing to these in photoshop. I have the 20 D and have it on Set 1 (which is not a parameter, but customized settings) Let me know if you want more in depth on what exactly they are set on.

Is your sharpening on 0, or above?
Sorry for all the Q's.

Ok I'll try to explain as best as I can, but it's kinda hard haha. There's a little line graph that has 5 settings (I think) which are set to:
Sharpness: 5
Contrast: 4
Saturation: 3
Color tone: 3
I *think* that's what they're set to. I always leave sharpness on 5, but doesn't make any difference with my kit lens (18-55) which are REALLY bad to put it mildly. There is no sharpness whatsoever on those things, but my 85 1.8 and this Tamron are already VERY sharp. ;)
I don't mind questions. Hope this helps!

ohh ok .. I was about to bug out if your sharpness was set to 0, and the image looked like so crisp..
Looks very good.
What do you photograph mostly, I tend to like people(women), and flowers mostly. The lens just seem great for everything. you will like it.
