more lighting help

I tried a little different setup this time. Any better/worse?

I don't recall seeing the first attempt, maybe I have but don't recall it at the moment. I think this shot does have potential but the back drop isn't too desirable to me. The lighting to the left is seemingly brighter than to the right which is distracting considering the subjects hair color. I am not sure but either evening the light some or switching their places would help. Just my thoughts....

yeah i had suggestions to make one side brighter.
