He must have posed for 30 minutes with no fear. Beautiful little bird.

There all over the place here in the hills around Thousand Oaks, I've taken many pics but none nearly that nice.

Great Shots! Simply great. Thanks for sharing. I love Quail. Smoked, BBQed, Poached....Ahem. They are nice to look at too. I grew up in the east bay new Walnut Creek and This time of year it is Quail central.
