Hey I just got an XTi. I only have a 35-80mm lens. I love nature (and car) pictures. I was just wondering if you guys had any setting suggestions or any suggestions to help me out. Thanks

In the future, I think you should be more specific as to what type of "help" you are asking for.

As for shooting landscapes, invest in a good tripod, a shutter controller, and a set of filters (like ND, GND (soft at least), and CPL) with a proper holder. Also, shoot at low ISOs and medium to high f# (like f/8-f/14) for deep depth-of-field. Determine how to do proper exposures and learn when to use the filters you have. Learn to use Photoshop, and learn how to do selective sharpening.

That should get you started.

Learn your camera, try taking some photos in M (manual), and take lots of photos. The best way to learn is by doing :)
