Need help with ideas for 25th anniversary PLEASE!!!

Hi all, I'll be getting paid to take pictures of some couple's 25th anniversary. My wife works with the woman. I've never done anything like this, nor do I remember seeing anyone else do something like this. I am at a loss for what I should be looking to do. My wife said the woman wants it to be more like a family reunion kinda thing and wants pictures of all the families, but I would like to do more than that of course. I just need ideas of what to do. ANY help would be much much much appreciated! Thanks!

I don't really have any experience doing this kind of thing.....but I have a few ideas. Maybe try setting up some kind of location where the families can pose for pics. Somewhere with a pleasing background perhaps. Then maybe spend the rest of the time walking around ninja style getting candids.

LOL @ ninja style. Never thought of it like that.

I believe they're gonna have a "backdrop" set up kinda like at a wedding reception. I think they may have a cake and all that too.So I guess I'm also open to ideas for weddings and wedding receptions. :)
