Tried to get a really old worn out looking vintage picture from a fairly under exposed crappy shot. Its my 2.5 year old, he wanted to be a man so we gave him a mustache with eye liner. I thought he looked like a little french sailor or something. heheheh I'm just learning how to mask, layer and brush etc.
Here's the before and after - C&C plz!

Very cool.

Are you trying to pass this off as an old photo of your grandfather that you found in the attic so you can say how much your son looks like him?

That is great.
Is this a template/preset or did you create it from scratch?
I love this one.

No its all from scratch. It was done in PS3. I found a scan of an old photo, put the two together, messed with the colors and then brushed & masked from there. Lots of color burning too.
The hardest part is finding a vintage photo with no picture on it for the texture.
Yeah I can go around telling people this was my grandfather as a young lad when he and his father lived by the sea side in France. Those were the good ol' days.

I have to say this is an incredible job, but as you said the hardest part was fining a vintage photo with no picture on it. I must say I would love to be able to learn how you did this as well, in a step by step format
Great Job!
