Well I knew that I needed a PAD for yesterday, and I was planning to do a eye photo, of my own eye.. A Macro shot, but then it's spring, and I would rather have flowers with nice colors.
Then as I was walking to school, I saw this Flower tree below.

I knew that I wanted to photograph this tree, from last tuesday when I came to school, and didn't have my camera then.
So, I took the above image with my 18-55 lens, then switched to the Tamron 28-75 f2.8 for some close ups of select buds.
I opened up the Aperature to f2.8, and started to look at the flowers, and their backgrounds while trying to decide how I would frame the images, and what sort in camera croping I could do. I figured with in camera croping, I would have to do less photoshop croping, and cloning.. 1 more thing out the way ..

Here is yet another shot taken wide open at 2.8..
I may need to add a little more USM to this..

Finally I introduce my PAD..
I just loved this image as soon as I looked through the viewfinder. When I got home, and opened it up I just knew that it had to be my Photo~A~Day image. I did a little frame work, which may not be the best, as I am knew to the framing.
And my result is...

I am constantly practicing shooting wide open. I like it because I need to learn how to control the DOF. It's like shooting a arrow..lol.. I guess.
Both of these lenses do impress me though .. in there own way.
