I am using the Epson 2200 printer, does anyone that has this one or used this one found any better paper than what Epson has to offer. I am using the gloss on the role and sheets for 4x6. Not that they dont come out good but I always like to think there maybe room for improvement.

I have the 2200 and only use Epson Premium Paper and Epson Ink. I am very pleased with the results. If you change paper, you won't be able to use the supplied ICC profiles.

There are many, many papers available for the 2200. Some much better than the Epson papers. Depending on what you're looking for (not necessarily cheaper). Here's link for a start:

If you want photo paper, the Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl is one of the best I have found. Just be sure you use the proper profile when printing. Profiles are usually available for the better papers.

I find Epson paper always works best with Epson printers. Kodak seems to work better on canons and other printers rather then there native brand

Not on the 2200. I followed their instructions and never got good results.

Their Kirkland brand is good. Appears to be re-packaged Ilford glossy.

I tried it as well on my Canon i560, now a backup to my Epson R1800, and it printed grainy and the paper curled after a month or so. In fact I tried HP, Canon, Kodak, and Epson on my I560 and the only one that impressed me was the Epson - that's why I went with the R1800.
