Camera Armor

Hi guys.. I have a question for you.

Back in february I ordered a Camera Armor for my 1Ds mark 3, so I could protect it doing a Hardball event..

I thought it would arrive here in Europe after 2 weeks, but... I have no Camera armor yet!!!
I send them a mail 2 months ago asking, when it would arrive.. They said that the delivery company couldn't tell my address..

I wrote my address again, and waited.. ½ month later no camera armor...
Then I thought: REFUND!!!!

Asked for a refund check, and AGAIN they asked for my address.. You know what? They couldn't figure out my address again this time!

So here, 3 months later, I have no camera armor, and my money are just gone..

What should I do now???

If you used a credit card, you can easily call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Also, do you have proof it was ordered, like an online receipt?
