Oh yeah! That's a really cool effect.....or is he, in fact, levitating?

But to the OP, nice street grab. Though I'd correct the marginal left-tilt a tad....or is NYC always leaning slightly?

Awwww....that sucks. But I'm only being picky.

Even having to tilt my head, I still LOVE your shot - and even though I've never been to NYC, your picture gives me a great "feel" for what it might be like there.

If you would have cut the guy in half on the left side of the frame and had someone walking in on the right side of the frame with a black coat and white slacks you'd have a Winogrand. Love the person in the BG with the plaid shorts. Are they chimping a phone shot? Also the bottom by the curb looks straight you could straighten the top left out in PS with a little perspective skew action. Nice shot.

wow..thanks for the comments guys...

You should've seen the guy...the little lights on his belt were flashing too...I shot a couple of frames as I was moving through the crowds...this came out the best.
