Sigma 18-125 Lens

Can anyone tell me weather or not this lens can be used on a 1DMKII which has a 1.3X mag factor.

I don't think so. I think it would have heavy vignetting. I think that lens is designed for 1.6x and 1.5x crop cameras as designated by the DC in the model name.
