It doesn't do anything for me, its just underexposed. You need to either lower your shutter speed or open your aperature more or possibly both.

I think your subject is supposed to be the focused plant, but you cropped out a lot of the leaves near the top left.

It's too busy for me. Everytime I look at the center plant, I keep getting distracted by all the other leaves around it.
