Bludomain alternatives

Hi,

I'm hoping to set up my own website soon and I've been looking at BluDomain. However, I've read that their customer support sucks. So, can anyone tell me who their competitors are? I like the price and features of BD but I worry about them being uncontactable, especially since I'm in Australia!
