Nice shot of a beautiful dog. Other than the intact tail, they sure don't look very different than my German Shorthaired Pointer. I think the English pointers are a little smaller, though.

I have a german Pointer also but i think hes camera shy ive never been able to capture him looking his best he has the cropped tail though

Yeah, my dog seems to get nervous when a camera is pointed at him ... I occasionally sneak a shot when he's not looking ... hope you don't mind me posting a shot in your thread:

Great shot of the dog, the foreground on the bottom right hand corner is incredibly distracting though. If it wasn't for that I think it'd be a great shot. Thanks for sharing.
