Looking to buy 2 L series lens.

Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens

and am also looking for a L lens in the 17 - 85mm range. But not quite sure if there is one?

There isn't one. Closest ones you can get to that range is the 17-40L + 24-105L or the 17-40L + 24-70L + 85L (if you have the $).

Or you could get the 24-105L or 24-70L on their own (if you don't mind sacrificing some focal length for $).
