First try with shooting raw, and I could use some feedback, please. I like the colors, and the lines seem to draw the eye into the new growth. Comments please.

The only thing that could make that shot better is if I took it. Or a roadrunner... yeah a roadrunner would be cool :D

Seriously though, it is a cool shot. The deep green of the new growth offsetting the weathered skin on the old.

this could be a great ad pic for luberderm lotion. that's how my skin feels when it's dry and cracked.

i like it. creates lots of shapes. makes me thirsty.
