Those are pretty nice. In 5 & 6, I'd like to see more car & less landscape, so I'd crop #5. And in #6, your buildings are falling over. ;)

Nice imagery. To which school are you applying?

I like them all except for 3 & 6. I personally think the selective color thing is way overdone, and in #6 I feel there is too much empty foreground. Otherwise, very nice.

Perhaps the Critique Corner would be a better forum for this?

A couple of them need the horizon straightened: if I were receiving them that alone would make me think the person hadn't gone to much effort to select and prepare them. You've cut people off at the ankle in #2 and #3, though #2 is such an interesting photo I don't mind. #1 has good exposure and shows an understanding of DOF, but looks a bit unbalanced and awkward compositionally. Most of #3 is in shadow and consequently low contrast (dull). Having the people on the bottom edge draws the eye down and out. For all the outdoor element, there's not actually much sense of transitioning depth through the shot. #4 is good, #5 does badly need a crop, and #6 is unnecessary as #5 is much better anyway.

Cheers, Tony
