ISO qualities

Is there any way to set ISO to auto in the creative zone of the Rebel XT?

Also, between ISO 100, 200, and 400 is there a noticeable difference in quality? (Especially 100 vs 200).

From the images I've seen, the XT produces quite good quality even at ISO 1600.

I'm pretty sure that the camera can't change the ISO for you in creative zones ,i'd be interested if i'm wrong!

I see the new nikon D50 can do it but only in shutter priority mode i think.It's about time someone allowed it!!
